It is that time of year again when you have to make the hard decision of who you would like to curl with in the Spring Family and Friends Bonspiel.
There will be 4 draws this year allowing for 16 teams to enter. Each team will play one 6 end game and have about 10-15 minutes to show your family or friends how to play the game.
The first draw will be at 10:00 am, the second draw will be at 12:00 pm, the third draw will be at 2:00 pm and the last draw will be at 4:00 pm. A potluck dinner will start around 5:00 pm. Everyone is invited to attend.
A few simple rules:
Rules and point handicaps will be explained at a later time, closer to the bonspiel.

Shorties Spiel
Would you to participate in one more spiel this season, but short on time?
Join us on Saturday, April 13 from 3:30-7:00 pm for the annual Shorties Spiel at the Norfolk Curling Club. Both members or family and friends can participate (1 member should be on the team)
Shorties is a fun alternative curling game that requires no traditional curling skill. (no sweeping or sliding)
The cost is $25 per team of 2 (cash at the door).

Bring your love of nature and your appetite to the Norfolk Curling Club for our Garden Tour & Teriyaki Dinner. You will get to experience 5 unique Northwest CT gardens. There will be garden guides at each location. After experiencing the gardens you will then go to the Norfolk Curling Club for a a Cocktail Hour and then Steak and Chicken Teriyaki Dinner. While at the club there will be a silent auction where you can win garden related and inspired treasures.
