The 29th Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Bonspiel was held on Sat March 8. The teams entertained and dined with traditional Irish tunes and food. There was a three-way tie for first and the winner was decided by a coin toss. Congratulations to the Unionville team of Dwayne Vincent, Mark Warden, Jeff Guiler and John Guiler, pictured with chairperson Peter Cadorin.

The 51st Annual Rabbie Burns Men’s Bonspiel was held at Thornhill on Saturday January 28th. The bonspiel was a full 24 team, two-draw event steeped in Rabbie Burns traditions + ‘Pomp & Fare’….. the ode to the Haggis, Scottish heritage fare, traditional whiskey toasts, piping on of teams and even a “onesie” sighting (see photos below).

The Men’s TCA Goldline Bonspiel is one of the oldest curling events in the world dating back to 1896. The event brings together curling enthusiasts, the community, and champions of the sport.
