Program Overview

• Host: Norfolk Curling Club

• Course: Introduction to Curling (5 Weeks)

• Target Audience: Beginners aged 18+ with little to no prior curling experience

• Curriculum: Core techniques, rules, basic strategy, and ice etiquette taught by instructors

Schedule & Timing

• Dates: November 8, November 15, November 22, November 29, and December 13

• Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM 

• Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to start time

Equipment & Attire

• Provided: All necessary curling gear supplied by the club

• Required Attire: Warm, loose-fitting clothing and clean indoor running shoes
