Spring Family and Friends '24 @ 2 PM

It is that time of year again when you have to make the hard decision of who you would like to curl with in the Spring Family and Friends Bonspiel.

There will be 4 draws this year allowing for 16 teams to enter. Each team will play one 6 end game and have about 10-15 minutes to show your family or friends how to play the game.

The first draw will be at 10:00 am, the second draw will be at 12:00 pm, the third draw will be at 2:00 pm and the last draw will be at 4:00 pm. A potluck dinner will start around 5:00 pm.  Everyone is invited to attend.

A few simple rules:

• One club member (minimum) per team is required
• There can only be a maximum of 2 Norfolk Curling Club members per team
• Each club member is only allowed to play in one game on one team
• The bonspiel will be filled on a first come, first serve basis
• Time preference will be given on first come, first serve basis
• There is no age mininmum (as long as the youth can get the rock down the sheet)
• Teams may have more than 4 people and rotate through play (only 4 members will count towards points)
• Good Curling

Rules and point handicaps will be explained at a later time, closer to the bonspiel.
