Shorties Spiel
Would you to participate in one more spiel this season, but short on time?
Join us on Saturday, April 11 from 4:00-7:30 pm for the annual Shorties Spiel at the Norfolk Curling Club. Both members or family and friends can participate (1 member should be on the team)
Shorties is a fun alternative curling game that requires no traditional curling skill. (no sweeping or sliding)
- entire game is played in one house from one hack
- teams of two
- each team will throw 4 stones in alternating order (8 stones in play only)
- 4 ends per game (20 minutes per game)
- 3 games plus finals if you make it that far
The cost is $25 per team of 2 (cash at the door).

About the Club ...
The Norfolk Curling Club (NCC) is a two-sheet curling facility located at 70 Golf Drive in Norfolk, CT. Established in 1956, we are a nonprofit organization, run entirely by volunteers, supported by membership dues and income from special curling events. The club is a member of the Grand National Curling Club of America (GNCC), USA Curling and the United States Women’s Curling Association (USWCA). We are a fully accessible facility.
